Beverly Pepper

Born in New York in 1924, Beverly Pepper lives and works in Todi (Perugia), the town that awarded her honorary citizenship in 2009.
Among her most recent one-woman shows we recall here the ones held at M.I.T., Cambridge Massachussetts (1989); Gerald Peters Gallery, Santa Fe & Dallas (1989); Contemporary Sculture Center, Tokyo (1990), Metropolitan Museum, New York (1990); Castello di Narni (1991); Andre Emmerich Gallery, New York (1993,1995); Forte Belvedere, Florence (1998 - at the same time she held the show "Spazio teatro Celle in Context: Unrealized Projects" at the Cascina Terrarossa, Fattoria di Celle); Marlborough Gallery, New York (1999, 2001, 2003); Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton, New Jersey (1999); Galerie Piece Unique, Paris (2000, 2002,2004); Casal Solleric, Maiorca (2004); SACI, Florence (2005); Graduate Center Gallery, City University of New York (2007); Museo dell'Ara Pacis, Roma (2014-2015).
