The Gori Collection hosts and produces events both independently at the Fattoria di Celle and in collaboration with other institutions. Inside the farm building there is an audiovisual room that can host up to sixty people for films, seating up to 150 people for audio events.

Upon request it is possible to evaluate requests for programs, workshops and lectures for all ages. In 2000 the Arte in erba association was founded to teach innovative educational courses for teachers and students of lower, middle and high schools. Today that activity is carried on by Seminarte, a non-profit association.
